Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Home Air-Conditioning & Heating C-Corp ("Home AC & Heating", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Home AC & Heating offers air conditioning, heating, and plumbing services. The specific services and any associated fees will be detailed in your service agreement.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking services, including your name, address, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account.

Payments

Payments for services are due as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

Warranties and Guarantees

Home AC & Heating provides warranties for certain services and products as specified in your service agreement. These warranties are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home AC & Heating will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
