Las Vegas heat is no joke. When a home's system finally gives out - or just can't keep up anymore - a half-measure fix isn't going to cut it. This homeowner needed a full system replacement, and that's exactly what we delivered.

We went with a complete Payne heating and cooling setup - new condenser unit outside, new air handler up in the attic, and all the ductwork connections to go with it. Payne is solid equipment. It's built to handle extreme heat without flinching, which matters a lot when you're sitting in triple-digit temperatures and need your system to actually do its job.

The attic work is where a lot of installers cut corners, and it's also where things tend to go wrong down the road. We made sure every connection was done right - refrigerant lines properly insulated, drain lines cleanly routed, and flex duct tied in tight at the air handler. Nothing rushed, nothing sloppy.

A new system is only as good as the installation behind it. That's true whether we're talking air conditioning installation, heating, or a full HVAC upgrade like this one. Doing the job correctly the first time means fewer headaches for the homeowner and a system that actually runs the way it's supposed to for years to come.
