The temp inside my house was almost 100 Degrees so I thought I was going to have to sweat it out for a few hours but A/C Tech Joseph showed up at 10am sharp. He was a very friendly guy. He asked a few questions about what was going on with my A/C unit then checked the thermostat out. I told him I had just replaced the thermostat so he made sure I had it wired correctly then he went on check the A/C unit on the roof. About 45 minutes later Joseph had my A/C blowing cold air again. I asked him about maintenance and cleaning and he said the unit was testing very good but recommended cleaning the internal coil and evaporator coils because they were pretty dirty. I knew the A/C unit had not be serviced in many years so I went ahead and had him clean them. I knew it would run better if it wasn't covered with dirt and dust. A/C Tech Joseph was very professional and overall I am very happy with URBN Home Services."

Home Air LV got a technician to my home in a hurry and was able to find and fix the problem quicker and less expensive than I expected. I called Innovative Plumbing at 1:30pm on a Thursday afternoon for an estimate to replace a portion of my Main Sewer line that kept getting stopped up due to tree roots invading the line. They returned my call within minutes and arrived to my home within the hour. I had a competitor of Innovative Plumbing Pros out the day before to give me an estimate. The competitor was no where near as friendly, knowledgeable, or honest as Jose from Innovative Plumbing Pros. Jose was able to give me a an estimate that was over 60% cheaper than the estimate that I received the day before from the competitor. I then showed Jose the estimate that I had received from the competitor and he was immediately able to notice that the competitor quoted above their bid limit of $10,000, quoted the wrong type of pipe (Clay vs. Cast Iron), and had way overcharged for what the job entails. A huge bonus that I have never had anyone from any other competitor do is when Innovative Plumbing Pros runs a camera down your line they actuall send you an electronic copy if it for future reference at no additional cost! Maui and his boss Ron also helped me with choosing an affordable payment option. I decided on a tankless water heater and also a water softening system. That same day, plumbing technician Jaime was sent to remove our leaky water heater and replace it with the tankless water heater. He also plugged in a temporary electrical cord just so that we could have hot, running water. The next day, Jaime returned to install the water softening system in our garage. Electric technician Sean also came to install a permanent covered electrical line from an outside outlet to our tankless water heater. Jaime and Sean were both very professional, nice, and highly skilled. Both of them even cleaned up after they were done. From start to finish, everything was taken care of within two days. "I have four different plumbers here and all of them had a different opinion on what was happening with the toilet. I’m giving them five stars because of his politeness, but I’m at the mercy of plumbers because I know nothing about it. Cesar identified something that is a possible cause as well, as was determined by Sean Sean said it was sediment and all he was doing was poking a hole in it and it would have to be jetted. Cesar cleared the lines and saw sediment and debris in the lanes which was causing the drain to drain slowly. He also identified that the toilet even though it’s only a year old was full of sediment and water wasn’t being distributed properly in order to flush the toilet so you have to keep the handle down for two seconds for it to flush properly. The first and second plumber, said it could either be roots or a break in the line so you’re really at the mercy of who was ever doing the work"
