This Las Vegas home needed a full HVAC overhaul - both the cooling and heating sides of the system. That means a brand new AC condenser outside and a new furnace installed inside. When both units are aging or failing, it makes more sense to replace the whole system at once rather than patch one piece and wait for the other to go.
The new condenser is set on the existing concrete pad right along the side of the house. All the refrigerant lines and electrical connections are properly insulated and routed clean against the exterior wall. It is a straightforward, solid setup - no shortcuts.
Inside, the new furnace is tucked into the utility closet and tied into the existing duct system. The flue venting, gas line, and refrigerant lines are all connected and routed correctly. Everything is set up the way it should be - neat, functional, and ready to work.
Las Vegas temperatures are no joke in either direction. You need an AC that can keep up when it is 110 degrees outside, and a furnace that actually works when winter nights drop down cold. Having both pieces of the system new and matched to each other means better efficiency, more consistent temperatures throughout the house, and a lot less to worry about.
Whether your current system is limping along or has already given out, replacing both units at the same time is often the smarter long-term move. We handle the full installation from start to finish - outdoor condenser, indoor furnace, all the connections in between.
