This Las Vegas home needed a full HVAC overhaul - not just a new unit, but a complete duct replacement to go with it. When the equipment is old and the ductwork is shot, putting a new system on top of a failing distribution setup just kicks the problem down the road. We did the whole thing right from the start.

Up on the roof, we set a brand new package unit - the kind of self-contained system you commonly see on homes here in the valley. Everything sits in one cabinet: the cooling, the heating, all of it. It's a clean, efficient setup that's well-suited for Las Vegas homes, and when it's installed correctly, it runs hard without burning out fast.

Down below the unit, inside the attic, we ran fresh ductwork throughout. New flex duct, properly routed and connected. This matters more than most people realize. Leaky or deteriorated ducts can bleed out a huge portion of the conditioned air before it ever reaches your living space. New ductwork means the system actually delivers what it's producing.

Doing both at the same time - the AC installation and the duct replacement - is the right call. You get a system that works as a complete unit, not a patchwork of new and old components fighting each other. Every connection we made was done to hold up in desert heat, because Las Vegas summers are not forgiving to sloppy work.
