Two different homes. Two different hot water needs. Same attention to detail on both installs. We put in a Noritz tankless water heater on one job and a Rheem Marathon electric tank water heater on the other - and both setups came out clean.
The Rheem Marathon is one of our favorite tank units to install. It's built with a polybutylene composite tank, which means no rust, no corrosion, and a lifetime warranty when registered. That's not a typo - lifetime. For a home that needs reliable tank storage and serious long-term value, it's hard to beat.
The Noritz tankless unit is a completely different animal. Wall-mounted, on-demand, and highly efficient - it only heats water when you actually need it. No standing tank of water slowly losing heat. The copper piping work on that install shows the level of care that goes into doing it right, not just getting it done.
What we love about doing both types of installs is being able to match the right system to the right home. Not every house needs a tankless unit, and not every homeowner wants to manage one. Sometimes a high-quality tank with a lifetime warranty is exactly the right call. We don't push one over the other - we look at your setup and give you an honest recommendation.
Whether your current water heater is on its last leg or you're just tired of running out of hot water, there are solid options available. Tank or tankless, we handle both - and we handle them well.
